#1 A Solid Mindset: You need to have a strong belief system that you can do it, but what I have noticed is that people that have been doing 9 to 5 jobs and are looking forward to start their own business often invest a lot of time in analyzing things and then they end up getting deep into the analysis paralysis, but fail to get started.
Something or the other just becomes a hindrance for them to take right and necessary actions. And this happens because they have the fear of losing and are just flabbergasted with several questions like what if this business doesn’t work as desired? Or what if I fail? Or what if I fail to deliver what I have promised?
But these are all just the fear that make home in our mind. To overcome this fear you need to develop a strong belief system in your ability and skills and covid-19 outbreak has already proven that no industry is safe whether you are into a 9 to 5 job or running an online business. So, understand that the risk will always be there and try to develop the risk taking ability in you.
Even if you fail once, twice or more then also, you must make sure that you come back a lot stronger than before. So never hesitate, have a strong belief system and have a constant commitment towards your envision and goals. And once you begin your online business journey make a commitment to yourself that no matter what you will never quit.
There has been a phase in my own entrepreneurial journey where I felt I should just quit and try doing something else, but that strong entrepreneurial acumen in me and my constant vigor to do things my way helped me stay committed to my cause behind hopping on this entrepreneurial bandwagon and I kept chasing my end goals no matter what. And with the blessings of my parents and that strong belief made me reach close to my end goals and I am doing pretty well right now.
#2 A Skill Or Service That You Can Offer As a Product: Well, even if you don’t really have a physical product to sell then also, you can easily sell your skill or service as a product. You could be doing logo designing or graphic designing or SEO or Facebook advertising or anything else with the skillset that you have and something that you are passionate about along with a vision to help people with that then, you can convert that skill or service into a product.
But this don’t come easy for everyone, often I have noticed that people struggle really hard to know what they are passionate about and what skills they really have.
